A cavity in the middle of our lubricated plug valves contains a sealant that moves toward the radial holes, creating a renewable seal between the plug and body when operated. The sealant can also act as a lubricant that reduces friction to elongate the plug valve’s lifespan.

Main Features of the Product

  • It can be used as pigging pipeline trunk isolation valve or pigging receiver / launcher isolation valve.
  • There are four different patterns:
    1.short pattern(rectangular port areas of 40%-60%)
    2.Venturi pattern(rectangular port areas of 40%-50%)
    3.Regular pattern(rectangular port areas of 50%-70%)
    4. full bore(acc to API 6D,use for pigs through the valve)
  • Various kinds of sealant greases are available, including the following models: 7903 (oil-proof sealing grease), 7605 (oil-proof sealing grease), 7602 (high temperature grease stick), 7603 (stem grease stick), which meet different use conditions.
  • Valve stem with multiple seals, Viton + graphite + grease lubrication system, effectively prevent valve leakage
